XCMG covers up to 300 round trip miles of travel for our mobile service department to make repairs when determined to be covered under warranty, as well as being classified at the dealers discretion as a field repair rather than a shop repair. If determined to be an in-the-shop repair, the customer is responsible to get the machine to the nearest dealership. Some exclusions and further details apply.
